  • Due to the precautionary efforts that we are taking during the COVID-19 pandemic, all orders will be shipped out of our San Diego warehouse within 5 business days. 
  • Transit time typically 4-6 business days
  • All Shipping expenses are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds can take up to 15 business days to process from the time received back into inventory.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
